How can I  get some patch or bug fixes?

Can someone help me? My problem is about Performance.

My Configs:

Workstation SUN

OS: Windows XP SP 2

Processor: AMD Opteron 150 64-Bits 2.93GHz

Memory Size: 2Gb RAM DDR-II 440

HD 80 Gb

Video Card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 3000 256Mb

I have the Editor 5.0 and It runs perfectly until i start to import DWG's from CAD programs...I explode them, save them, and when I start to import for CE, it take a lot of time to resolve, about 5 minutes.

I have a lot of Drawings to make my Company WEB SITE and my Daily work too, but that way it can't be possible!

If someone can help me plese do that!

Can I ask something?

Can CE work with a File in a Server?

Because when I open a CE File that is not in my HD (is in a Server), it can't import DWG files.

Hi Jonatan,

It is very strange because your procedure is right. First of all, if Autocad is opened when you import your DWG in Components Engine, try to close it.

Have you verify that there are any problems in your lan (if you use it)?

Could you try to save your drawings in DXF extension and verify if Components Engine give you the same problems?

You can also try to download the Service Pack 2 from our web site: you have to register you on this page http://www.componentsengine.com/site/page.wplus?ID_COUNT=login&LN=2 and you have to wait our e-mail with the instructions to download the new upgrade.

About the errors:

What these errors mean? 

You have problems in your lan and with your account. Your screenshot shows that you don’t have some privileges. Try to change pc. Could you install Components Engine on another pc?

Now, I want to know if I save my project in CE SP2, Will I open it with CE SP0 and save it normally with no problem?
