I have re-installed, and still have the same problem.  There were no obvious problems during the installation.  Any more ideas?

The problem would have to be caused from the fact that who has installed the product on the computer, does not have privileges of administrator of the same computer. 

 

 

You could try to install the product on an other computer?.
