Hi Alex,
first of all, do you have "Import PDF files" add-in? If yes, are you the
administrator?

My technician asks me:
- if you can try to install Components Engine in another PC. In the
meanwhile, in order to not to stop your work, you can send me your pdf files
and I can convert them for you, or we can create for you an FTP folder in
which you can put your files and we’ll convert them.
- if you can open a go2meeting and make him “Presenter” section so he can
verify the problem.
I'll send you an invite to an online meeting |

Hi Alex, We've solved your problems. Simply Components
Engine looked for the applications to open PDF in a folder of your PC directory
named “Programmi” and not “Program”. This is a problem which regards only the
new updates of Components Engine 5 (SP2 and SP3). To solve the problem our technicians created a new folder in your PC named “Program” and then they copied here the TGC folder (in which there are the applications to open PDF). Now it is all ok. Sorry for the damage. |
